Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with hands-on lab experience in life sciences.
• Strong mammalian cell culture, aseptic tech and viability assays.
• Experience with flow cytometry and signaling assays.
• Familiarity with fungal/microbial handling a plus.
• Ability to work independently on multi-step timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-guided peptide discovery by validating peptides in mammalian cells.
• Perform cytotoxicity/viability assays and hemolysis testing.
• Run GLP-1R activation assays and dose-response analyses.
• Develop stable reporter/receptor cell lines and assist in transfections.
• Collaborate with AI/computational teams to relay results.
• Maintain detailed notebooks and contribute to data reports.
