Job summary

ZealHire Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Administrator to lead the modernization of our PeopleSoft environment. The role focuses on migrating to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, upgrading PeopleTools and PeopleSoft apps to current releases, and ensuring high availability.

You will collaborate with application, database, cloud, and security teams, perform upgrades, maintain PUM images, and provide production support, cutovers, and documentation for operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of PeopleSoft administration and architecture experience.
• Expertise with PeopleTools 8.59+ and PeopleSoft 9.2.
• Experience migrating enterprise PeopleSoft to OCI.
• Strong knowledge of FSCM, HCM, ELM, EPM, and Portal environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level technical leadership for the PeopleSoft modernization program.
• Plan and execute migration of PeopleSoft applications to OCI and conduct PUM upgrades.
• Install, configure, patch, and administer PeopleSoft environments.
• Lead PeopleTools upgrades and application upgrades using the PUM methodology.
• Build and maintain PUM environments and apply updates and security fixes.
• Coordinate with application, database, middleware, network, and cloud teams.
