Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc in Washington, DC is seeking a PeopleSoft Subject Matter Expert IT Consultant to enhance the applicant and HR staff user experience. This role involves working with DCHR and other agencies to align PeopleSoft configurations with the required features, conducting fit-gap analysis, and providing subject matter expertise.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to analyze and improve recruitment workflows while ensuring compliance with District policies. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in IT and extensive experience with PeopleSoft solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway.
• Minimum 6 years of Software Development Lifecycle experience.
• Ability to read and interpret People code.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with DCHR to meet screening process requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis for PeopleSoft configuration.
• Act as liaison between DCHR and technical teams.
