Alldus is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Developer to design, build, enhance, and support PeopleSoft HCM applications within a Federal environment. The role requires hands-on work across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor, with SAFe/Agile collaboration and a clearance requirement.
You will design and develop PeopleSoft customizations, interfaces, reports, and data conversions, and support upgrades and modernization efforts in a fast-paced Federal context.

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Developer to design, build, enhance, and support PeopleSoft HCM applications within a Federal environment.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on PeopleSoft development experience across customizations, interfaces, reports, and data conversions, with experience supporting core HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor.
This role will work within a SAFe/Agile environment, collaborating closely with architects, business analysts, functional teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality HCM solutions.
