Job summary

LHH seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Austin, TX to lead PeopleSoft Project Costing and Asset Management. You will partner with Accounting, Operations, and Technology to optimize ERP processes supporting capital projects, asset management, billing, and reporting.

The role requires deep ERP expertise, strong problem-solving, and the ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions. Hybrid work arrangement in Austin is available.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP support, or related roles.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and liaise between stakeholders and IT.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise processes and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own PeopleSoft Asset Management and Project Costing with secondary support for Time & Labor and Payroll.
• Analyze current processes to identify efficiency, automation, and optimization opportunities.
• Create functional specs and design documents for technical teams.
