Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a hybrid role in Austin, TX, focusing on PeopleSoft FSCM. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement to gather requirements, analyze processes, and drive system improvements across finance applications.

You will lead design discussions, document specifications, and coordinate UAT while supporting upgrades, testing, and implementation. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, conducting business analysis, and documenting functional specifications.
• Experience leading stakeholder discussions and working across technical and business teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and other business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and support PeopleSoft FSCM business processes and system functionality.
• Lead functional design discussions and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
• Develop process documentation, functional specifications, test plans, and user training materials.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions.
• Work closely with development teams, project managers, and business leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased system efficiency.
