Job summary

The University of Texas at Arlington’s Office of Information Technology is seeking a Business Analyst II to guide process improvements, gather business requirements, configure and test systems, and provide advanced reporting for campus applications such as PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.

You will mentor junior analysts, coordinate with vendors, and support upgrades across Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid, and Enrollment. This is a hybrid role with regular on-site presence at UT Arlington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required plus 3 years of experience or 7 years of equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Experience with enterprise software is a plus.
• Experience working with PeopleSoft is mentioned in context of campus solutions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve exceptions related to software applications and business procedures.
• Perform advanced problem analysis of business processes and workflows.
• Develop business process documentation and configuration guides.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules.
• Collaborate with users to define requirements for enhancements and integrations.
