Job summary

Quevera is seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft ELM Technical Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph for Annapolis Junction, MD. The role leads consulting teams, designs and implements PeopleSoft ELM solutions, and ensures delivery within time and budget constraints.

The ideal candidate has deep PeopleSoft ELM experience, strong cross-module knowledge (HCM, Financials, Education), and a proven reporting background.

Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft ELM and related modules.
• Experience in PeopleSoft development, administration.
• Strong knowledge across HCM, Financials, and Education in PeopleSoft.
• Proven reporting background across technologies and vendors.
• Understanding of data warehouse theory and concepts.
• Ability to assess architectures and feasibility studies.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting teams and oversee day-to-day system implementation and operations.
• Assess high-level architecture, roadmaps, and feasibility.
• Translate technical requirements into development tasks.
• Drive customer buy-in and development processes as needed.
• Develop designs of Oracle IT capabilities and integrations.
• Design, implement, test, and deploy complex extensions or configurations.
• Identify risks and mitigations for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid solutions.
• Apply functional knowledge across HCM, Financials, and Education in PeopleSoft.
• Work with end users to generate reporting artifacts.
