Position Summary

Senior-level developer/architect supporting all aspects of PeopleSoft application development, web services design, system integration, and production support for the IPMS. Defines and maintains architectural frameworks, patterns, processes, standards, and guidelines. The individual designated as Key Personnel is expected to perform responsibilities consistent with the SOW's "Application Architect" role (SOW Section 8.0), pending Government clarification of the labor-category-to-role mapping.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of related software development and architecture experience (per SOW Section 8.0 Application Architect description)
• Demonstrated expertise in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level N-tier architecture
• Strong hands-on programming experience across multiple platforms relevant to the IPMS environment, including PeopleSoft, Oracle, SQL Server, .NET/ASP, ColdFusion, Java, and Visual Basic
• Demonstrated experience using XML, JSON, and XSL
• Experience with RDBMS design and database normalisation
• Experience developing systems documentation and unit test plan
• Experience with peer reviews, configuration management, and change control processes
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum experience strongly preferred)
