Job summary

Spatial Front, Inc. is seeking a PeopleSoft/CRM Developer to design, develop, and sustain CRM capabilities used for ticketing, case management, and service operations within a broader PeopleSoft HCM environment.

You will implement CRM workflows, pages, components, and integrations while troubleshooting defects and supporting production operations. The role involves hands-on development, upgrades, and retrofits with a focus on reliable service operations for federal government customers.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development including CRM functionality.
Experience with tickets/case management in PeopleSoft CRM and service-management workflows.
Experience upgrading, patching, and deploying customized components in PeopleSoft environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and enhance PeopleSoft CRM capabilities for ticketing, case management, and service operations.
Build and modify CRM pages, components, records, and business logic using PeopleTools tools.
Create integrations between PeopleSoft CRM and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Broker.
Troubleshoot defects, support production operations, and perform root-cause analysis.
