Job summary

Spatial Front, Inc. is seeking a PeopleSoft CRM Developer to design, develop, and sustain CRM capabilities for ticketing, case management, and service operations within a PeopleSoft HCM environment.

You will build CRM pages, workflows, and integrations with external systems to improve usability and data quality. The role involves upgrading, patching, and production support, plus collaboration with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years hands-on PeopleSoft development including CRM.
• Strong PeopleTools skills: Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Experience in Oracle-based enterprise environments.
• U.S. Citizen with active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance PeopleSoft CRM capabilities for ticketing, case management, service requests, and routing.
• Develop and modify CRM pages, components, records, workflows, and integrations; ensure usability and data quality.
• Build and support integrations between PeopleSoft CRM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Broker.
• Support upgrades, patches, retrofits, and production deployment of CRM components.
• Troubleshoot CRM defects, data problems, and production incidents; perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver maintainable solutions.
