Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
• Experience with PeopleSoft CRM, case management or help desk.
• Strong PeopleTools skills: Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance PeopleSoft CRM capabilities for ticket intake and case management.
• Build integrations between PeopleSoft CRM and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs; use Integration Broker and web services.
• Support PeopleSoft CRM upgrades, patches, and retrofits; troubleshoot defects and production incidents; ensure data integrity.
