Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft CRM Developer to design, develop, and enhance CRM capabilities in a hybrid work setting in Crystal City, Arlington, VA. You will implement ticket intake, case management, routing, and notifications while building integrations via REST/SOAP and Integration Broker.

The role demands 3+ years of PeopleSoft experience, strong PeopleTools skills, and a US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience including CRM, case management, or service-management functionality.
• Strong PeopleTools development skills: Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, PS Query, and SQL; experience with REST/SOAP APIs is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance PeopleSoft CRM capabilities supporting ticket intake, case management, service requests, and routing.
• Build and support integrations between PeopleSoft CRM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Broker.
• Troubleshoot defects, data problems, and production incidents; perform root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes.
• Migrate and promote CRM objects across development, test, and production using established change-control and release-management practices.
