Program Overview & Role

Peraton is seeking a motivated Senior Principal PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) Business Analyst to join our team supporting the Department of Treasury's Enterprise Applications (EA) program. The role involves providing PeopleSoft development support for their Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM version 9.2 application. This position allows for full telework.

Responsibilities include:

1. Gathering requirements and translating them into the best fit within the application.
2. Identifying business process improvements, developing, and maintaining SDLC documentation.
3. Supporting application configuration, defining test scenarios, and creating test scripts.
4. Reviewing and commenting on proposed functionality.
5. Evaluating and providing feedback on design documents, test plans, and scenarios.
6. Collaborating with developers to ensure understanding of functional requirements and designs.
7. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and working effectively with diverse teams.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree.
2. Functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
3. Experience in a Federal environment.
4. Strong SQL skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to organize work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
7. Availability for scheduled and ad hoc evening and weekend support.
8. Experience in writing business requirements and translating them into functional design documents.
9. Experience with software testing.
10. Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience supporting a federal version of PeopleSoft HCM.
2. Experience working within an agile framework.
3. Experience with Section 508 Compliance.
4. HR experience with the Federal Government, including personnel action processing, self-service, performance management, etc.
5. Prior HRConnect experience.

Additional Details:
