Senior Business Consultant - USCG HCM-SA

Join to apply for the Senior Business Consultant - USCG HCM-SA role at Winston Center.

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is a professional services and consulting firm committed to government clients. We provide highly qualified professionals to support our clients' missions.

TRG is seeking an experienced Senior Business Consultant to lead support services for the Human Capital Management Segment Architecture (HCM-SA) for the United States Coast Guard. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with work performed at USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC, or offsite with approval for telework.

Core hours are between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday.

This position is contingent upon Contract Award.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Possess demonstrated knowledge and extensive experience in military law, history, human resources processes, or business architecture.
  • Ensure Coast Guard policies and activities are accurately represented in business process models.
  • Maintain continuity throughout business process models.
  • Define project objectives and strategic direction; lead and facilitate collaboration among multiple teams.
  • Analyze and coordinate schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets on a per-project basis.
  • Lead and guide technical staff.
  • Provide guidance on change management, business process development, re-engineering, and performance measurement.
  • Manage high-complexity projects, ensuring completion within timeframes and resource constraints.
  • Assess products and procedures for compliance with government standards and internal controls.
  • Understand financial management requirements and their integration with automated business solutions.
  • Coordinate tasks among all parties, reviewing work for quality and adherence to requirements.
  • Interpret government policies, regulations, and directives, applying them legally to all activities.
  • Communicate effectively with executive-level personnel, both verbally and in writing.
  • Work closely with the KO or COR on all contractor work.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • Master's degree.
