Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a motivated Senior Principal PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) Business Analyst to join our team supporting the Department of Treasury’s Enterprise Applications (EA) program.

The candidate will interface directly with our customer, providing PeopleSoft development support for their customized Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM version 9.2 application. This position allows for full telework.

What you will do:

• Gather requirements and translate them into the best fit within the application.
• Identify business process improvements, develop, and maintain SDLC documentation.
• Support application configuration, define test scenarios, and create test scripts.
• Review and comment on proposed functionality, evaluating and providing feedback on design documents, test plans, scenarios, and related artifacts.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure thorough understanding of functional requirements and designs.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and work effectively with employees, subcontractors, and Treasury staff in a diverse team environment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience; an additional 4 years of experience can substitute for a degree.
• Functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience in a Federal environment.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple, changing priorities.
• Availability for scheduled and ad hoc evening and weekend support.
• Experience in writing business requirements and translating them into functional design documents.
• Experience with software testing.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Position of Trust security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a federal version of PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience working within an agile framework.
• Experience with Section 508 Compliance.
• HR experience within the Federal Government, including personnel action processing (PAR), self-service, performance management, and learning management.
• Prior experience with HRConnect.

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This range depends on experience and other factors.
