Job summary

CMI Media Group in Philadelphia, PA, seeks an enthusiastic Intern for People & Transformation (HR - Learning & Development). You will work closely with the People Team on instructional design, facilitation, and project management, gaining hands-on experience across HR operations, engagement, benefits, compliance, and talent development.

You will contribute to onboarding materials, new hire orientations, and employee development initiatives in a global media agency environment, with mentorship

Qualifications

• Educational background: pursuing or recent graduate in HR/OD, Business, Psych, Communications, LD, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience or interest in LMS, survey tools, or design software is a plus.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Design & Learning Development: Apply learning theories and models to create and update engaging materials.
• LMS & HR Tools: Navigate and maintain LMS to deploy training programs.
• Data Evaluation: Analyze learning data and metrics to measure program impact.
