Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a Learning & Development Intern in Miamisburg, OH. This role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, data analysis, and project management, supporting onboarding, career development, and learning analytics.

You will collaborate with HR and L&D leaders on meaningful projects, work alongside engineers and project managers, and gain exposure to learning technologies and organizational development practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, HR, Education, Business, or Communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear learning materials.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with digital tools to create presentations and training content.
• Analytical mindset with interest in evaluating learning effectiveness.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and facilitate engaging Learning Power Hour sessions.
• Assist in creating new hire learning roadmaps and training resources.
• Organize and maintain learning materials within Insider for accessibility.
• Categorize resources by skill, role, department, and development need.
• Collect and summarize learning data, including completion rates and learner feedback.
• Support the creation of presentations, guides, job aids, videos, and other learning resources.
• Assist with learning and career development initiatives across the organization.
• Support employee engagement projects and special projects as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
