In this role, you will support the ongoing optimization of Workday and HR technologies by gathering feedback, analyzing system usage, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.
• Interest in technology and improving the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday and other HR tech optimization and adoption efforts.
• Gather user feedback and analyze system usage.
• Collaborate with business partners, HR, and IT to improve employee systems.
• Provide data-informed recommendations to improve data quality and governance.
