Pilot Company is seeking a Program Intern for our Transportation team for the summer of 2027 in Knoxville. You will refine processes and create improved departmental tools, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.

This full-time, in-person internship runs June 7 - August 13, 2027 at our Knoxville headquarters. You will work on projects that enhance driver efficiency and expose you to growth opportunities within the industry.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain or Data Analytics.
• Coursework in business and programming is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; Tableau experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Participation in relevant clubs or activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Refine existing processes by creating and improving department tools using Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
• Analyze data for key insights and clearly communicate findings.
• Manage multiple tasks and take on additional projects throughout the summer.
• Help the transportation team explore opportunities to improve driver efficiency and operations.
