Job summary
HelloFresh is seeking an experienced People Technology Engineering Manager to lead the engineering discipline within People Technology. You will set technical direction, shape architecture and oversee Workday integrations and enterprise systems with a focus on automation, AI-enabled solutions, and future platform capabilities.
You will manage a team of engineers, drive capability building, and partner with People leadership to align roadmaps and investments.
Qualifications
- Significant and proven leadership experience in engineering teams.
- Strong background in enterprise integrations and API architecture.
- Experience delivering scalable, secure, maintainable systems for large organisations.
Responsibilities
- Act as engineering architect and design authority for People Technology.
- Lead and performance-manage engineers across integrations, automation and AI.
- Shape roadmaps and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
