Qualifications

• 7+ years supporting Workday, HRIS, People Technology, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience in talent management, performance, succession, learning, or compensation.
• Proven ability to lead projects, enhancements, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and continuous improvement of Workday Talent, Performance, and Compensation.
• Serve as the primary People Technology partner for talent lifecycle programs.
• Lead system enhancements, releases, testing, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Design scalable solutions for planning, development, growth, and rewards.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable technology solutions.
