Job summary

Amplify is offering a summer internship in the People Team focused on Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR enablement, and HR systems maintenance. You will support recruiting operations, personnel documentation, and data tracking while engaging with mentors and executives through a virtual speaker series.

Ideal candidates are undergraduate students returning to school in Fall 2027, with interest in K-12 education technology, HR analytics, and DEI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student enrolled for Summer 2027 internship
• Available full-time during program dates (June 7 – August 13, 2027)
• Interest in K-12 education technology and HR operations
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and ATS tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Support People Team operations including Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
• Assist HR enablement and HR systems maintenance to ensure a seamless employee experience
• Identify opportunities to improve people processes, workflows, and programs
• Partner with cross-functional teams on talent acquisition initiatives (posting management, coordination, scheduling)
• Contribute to People Team documentation, handbooks, policies, communications
• Track and organize people data and HR metrics to inform decisions
