Amplify is seeking a people-centered People Team Intern for a 10-week paid remote summer program, with a two-day in-person experience at Amplify HQ in Brooklyn, NY. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program and returning to school Fall 2027.
• Full-time availability to participate from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize information and communicate insights clearly.
• Knowledge of and interest in K-12 education technology.

Responsibilities

• Support core People Team operations including Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, HR Enablement, and HR systems maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to improve people processes, workflows, and programs that enhance engagement and retention.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on talent acquisition activities including job posting management and interview scheduling.
• Contribute to People Team documentation, handbooks, and HR policy guides.
• Track and organize people data and HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
