Job summary

PCSI is seeking a People Team Business Partner to provide HR support to employees across Texas sites, including employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and compliance with employment laws. You will advise leaders, conduct investigations, and partner on talent management and recruitment initiatives.

This role supports a hybrid work model with on-site presence at El Paso 3 days per week and up to 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of prior experience in multiple HR disciplines including employee relations and performance management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• PHR or equivalent HR Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with designated units to align business objectives with employees and leadership.
• Lead investigations and provide guidance on policy interpretation and compliance.
• Support talent management and development, including internal promotions and transfers.
• Collaborate with Hiring and Workforce Development for recruitment and placement.
• Provide day-to-day performance coaching and training to leaders.
