Job summary

Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to support store operations and people programs. You will help recruit, schedule, and develop talent while ensuring guest and team member satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will partner with store leaders, manage HR processes, and use scheduling software and Office tools to keep teams aligned. This role offers a dynamic, hands-on experience with opportunities to grow within Target's inclusive culture.
