Job summary

Target is hiring for a Human Resources Expert to support guest-centric operations in a fast-paced store environment. The role focuses on recruiting, scheduling, training, and compliance to ensure a smooth guest experience.

You will collaborate with store leaders, manage talent needs, and deliver HR processes with a focus on engagement, safety, and continuous improvement. The position involves shift flexibility, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
