Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) unit, partnering with leaders to attract, develop and retain talent while advancing business goals. This role drives talent acquisition initiatives, interviews entry-level candidates, supports onboarding, and helps shape the employee experience.

You will advise managers on performance, employee relations and organizational effectiveness, collaborating with HR leadership to implement programs, analyze workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist capacity.
• Experience managing employee relations matters, including performance management, corrective action and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition initiatives for C&I, collaborating with leaders and the TA team to identify hiring needs.
• Interview entry-level candidates, assess qualifications and provide hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate and support onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.
• Coach managers on effectively managing employee performance and development.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and organizational effectiveness.
