Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services represents a nonprofit organization in Mid City Los Angeles, seeking an HR & Talent Generalist to support recruiting and HR operations. This role blends talent acquisition with employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and organizational initiatives.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting across professional, administrative, and program roles, partner with managers on strategies, screen candidates, coordinate offers and onboarding, and maintain HR records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills


• HRIS experience required; ADP experience is a plus


• Bachelor's degree preferred
