Job summary

Conductix-Wampfler is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator in Omaha to lead recruiting efforts and support onboarding, communications, and events. The role emphasizes strong organization, multitasking, and a positive employee experience.

You will maintain HR records, produce internal communications, and help plan celebrations while collaborating with multiple departments in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and three years of Administration/Payroll/HRIS/Human Resources experience, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, or similar design software preferred.
• Team player willing to work primarily in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting efforts, including job postings, career fairs, interviews, and applicant communications.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and pre-employment screening processes.
• Maintain HR records, systems, and administrative processes.
• Create employee communications, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Plan employee events, recognition programs, and company celebrations.
• Support HR projects and help foster a positive employee experience.
