Job summary

Thesis in New York, NY is seeking a People & Talent Analyst / Senior Analyst to help build an exceptional team and employee experience as the company scales.

This true People generalist role spans recruiting and HR operations. You’ll partner with the VP of Talent and leaders on sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, benefits, performance programs, and People operations. 2-4+ years of relevant experience and a bias toward broad People functions are valued.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience across recruiting, People Operations, HR, or a combination of these areas.
• Experience in fast-moving environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting processes across roles and levels from kickoff to offer.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct candidate screens and assess fit against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and gather feedback to move searches quickly.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain recruiting data and analyze funnel performance and time-to-hire.
