Job summary

You will manage internships and early career programs, support employee development efforts, and contribute to a People.Building culture that prioritizes people, partnerships, and performance.

Qualifications

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from postings to onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and candidate selection.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Lead internship and early career programs from recruitment through program completion.
• Develop relationships with colleges, universities, trade schools, and workforce development organizations.
• Coordinate campus recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Plan intern orientation, mentorship opportunities, site visits, and professional development activities.
• Measure program success and identify opportunities to strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Support onboarding and employee integration initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems, employee records, and recruiting data.
• Assist employees with HR-related questions and support HR communications.
• Coordinate performance review, mentorship, and employee development activities.
• Support compliance efforts and HR best practice.

Responsibilities
