Job summary

Doxel is seeking a senior People leader to design and scale our People systems as we grow. You will own talent strategy, compensation, onboarding, performance, and developmental programs while partnering with the CEO on talent decisions that shape our company as we scale.

You will lead HRIS (Rippling), benefits, immigration, and learning programs across international teams, ensuring rigor and fairness in all people processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of blended Recruiting and HR experience.
• Enterprise SaaS experience and growth-stage exposure.
• Experience building and calibrating career paths and performance processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS ownership and multi-entity operations.
• Experience coaching first-time managers and leading ER investigations.

Responsibilities

• Talent engine: optimize hiring velocity, interview quality, and candidate experience.
• Design and run performance reviews, career pathing, and manager development end-to-end.
• Own HRIS configurations (job architecture, onboarding, offboarding).
• Handle Employee Relations with rigor per company policy; coach managers through difficult situations.
• Own benefits strategy, renewals, immigration support, and mobility across countries.
• Lead Learning & Development to scale leadership growth across the org.
