Job summary

Distyl AI is seeking an Organizational Development & Learning Lead to shape how a fast-growing AI company grows its people. You will diagnose organizational needs, design interventions, and deliver programs used by managers and ICs, collaborating closely with the Head of People to align with executive strategy.

You will diagnose, design, and deliver interventions end-to-end, own change across the org, and ensure adoption with evidence of impact. Hybrid work with offices in SF/NY.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own interventions end-to-end.
• Diagnostic design using evidence-based practices.
• Experience building enablement programs with adoption data.
• Change management with coalition-building and persistence.
• AI fluency and ability to translate research into delivery.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and disagree constructively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of People and leaders on org design and capability growth.
• Design and field diagnostics on manager effectiveness and engagement.
• Develop manager enablement including onboarding and coaching.
• Develop IC career ladders, growth conversations, and learning paths.
• Lead change management for new frameworks and structures.
• Design, build, and implement interventions end-to-end and measure results.
