Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned leader to own strategy, governance, and optimization of our People systems and related technologies in Los Angeles. You will drive adoption, data integrity, and process efficiency while partnering with Product and Engineering to automate workflows and improve employee tools.

You will build scalable workforce analytics, develop predictive models for attrition and planning, and deliver dashboards that enable proactive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, IS, analytics, business, CS).
• 8+ years in HR technology, people analytics, workforce planning or BI.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale people systems or analytics initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Product, Eng. and Operations.
• Strong understanding of HRIS, ATS, ticketing systems, and automation platforms.
• Experience building workforce analytics dashboards and predictive models.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programs in fast-growth, tech environments.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• US work authorization for full-time employment.
• Must answer whether future sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, governance, and optimization of People systems and related technologies.
• Drive system adoption, compliance, data integrity, and process efficiency.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to automate workflows and enhance employee-facing tools.
• Build and scale workforce analytics capabilities supporting business decision-making.
• Develop predictive models focused on attrition, talent attraction, mobility, planning, and labor risk.
• Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and insights enabling proactive workforce decisions.
• Lead AI strategy and adoption across the employee lifecycle.
• Implement AI-driven solutions for employee support, ticketing, self-service, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance employee experience.
• Partner with People, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business Ops teams on workforce tech initiatives.
• Lead large-scale projects from design through implementation and adoption.
• Influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and measurable outcomes.
