Job summary

IES Holdings is seeking a Talent Acquisition Systems Administrator to oversee the configuration, administration, data governance, and continuous improvement of the iCIMS ATS and CXM across all business units. You will align recruiting technology with governance standards, partner with HR, and guide recruiters on best practices.

You will own workflows, reporting, integrations, and onboarding of new entities into the iCIMS ecosystem, while balancing cross-BU consistency with customer service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on administration experience with an enterprise ATS (iCIMS strongly preferred).
• Experience configuring ATS workflows, bin/status structures, and user permissions in multi-entity environments.
• Strong data governance mindset with experience building recruiting reports/dashboards and ensuring data accuracy.
• Experience coordinating with software vendors, managing support cases, testing releases, and tracking action logs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for iCIMS across all IES business units, managing user permissions, workflows, and configurations.
• Own data governance for the ATS, including data integrity, field standardization, and retention practices.
• Proactively audit ATS configuration, workflows, and reporting to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage iCIMS Career Site CMS (CXM) for all business units under the One IES brand; coordinate with vendors on site updates.
