Job summary

Snowflake seeks a People Systems Analyst to partner with HR stakeholders, translate business needs into system requirements, and drive testing and deployment from kickoff to hypercare. You will ensure HR systems scale with Snowflake's rapid growth and evolving needs.

The role requires 4+ years in HR tech, strong UAT and data governance skills, and experience with ServiceNow HRSD, Ashby, and Workday HCM. Familiarity with Cortex Code and CoWork is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading discovery, requirements documentation, testing, and deployment ownership.
• Experience supporting system implementations in a global, high-growth environment.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and communicate clearly to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR stakeholders to capture needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for system implementations and enhancements, including requirements, design, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Create and own test plans and scripts, coordinate testers, and track defects to ensure quality on every release.
• Administer and support HR systems day-to-day, including ServiceNow HRSD and Ashby, resolving production issues.
• Triage the support queue, investigate root causes, and communicate resolution timelines.
