Job summary

Snowflake seeks a People Systems Analyst to partner with HR and Talent teams, driving requirements and testing for HR platforms. You’ll own end‑to‑end delivery from discovery through hypercare, ensuring scale and data integrity across systems such as ServiceNow HRSD and Ashby.

This hybrid role is based in Menlo Park, Dublin, or Bellevue with strong cross‑functional collaboration. You will enable faster, more reliable HR processes by leading testing cycles, cutover activities, and end‑user

Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems analysis, discovery, and testing ownership.
• Experience leading UAT and regression testing for HR tech projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Experience with cutover planning and go-live coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR stakeholders to gather needs and translate them into requirements.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery for HR system implementations and enhancements.
• Create test plans, scripts, and coordinate cross‑functional testers.
• Administer and support HR systems like ServiceNow HRSD and Ashby.
• Manage data integrity and explain issues to stakeholders during releases.
• Document configurations, training materials, and procedures.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize People Systems tasks and processes.
