Job summary

Dotdigital is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead employee relations across a global organization. You will manage ER caseloads, advise managers on legal and policy matters, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The role includes payroll and benefits ownership and cross-location coordination.

Hybrid role based at London Bridge with two days in the office; you will drive HR projects and support talent processes while promoting company culture and values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR advisory/generalist experience with a focus on employee relations.
• Experience handling varied ER caseloads and advising managers.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relation cases, scoping investigations, and meetings including PIP, disciplinary, and dismissal proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and HR policies.
• Lead payroll and benefits administration across locations and liaise with brokers.
• Project lead on global People department initiatives and HR process improvements.
• Support managers with day-to-day inquiries and interview candidates.
