Genesiscareers is seeking a People Strategy Partner to drive HR initiatives across a pod of nursing centers in the United States. You will align HR strategy with operational goals and guide Nursing Home Administrators to build workplaces people love.

You’ll partner with Corporate HR and regional leaders, influence senior leaders, and shape talent development, retention, and performance excellence across sites, ensuring compliance and a strong employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; PHR/SHRM preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience, ideally in healthcare.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and partner with frontline managers.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management and compliance.

• Shape workplace culture across nursing centers to align HR strategy with operational goals.
• Coach Pod Leaders and Nursing Home Administrators on HR best practices.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR and Regional leaders to drive enterprise strategy locally.
