Job summary

Genesis is seeking a People Strategy Partner to shape workplace culture and drive HR strategy across a cluster of nursing centers. You will influence Nursing Home Administrators and department heads, collaborating with Corporate HR to align enterprise goals with local actions.

You will focus on engagement, retention, and workforce planning, while championing compliant, ethical HR practices and a people-centric culture across all centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience, ideally in healthcare or multi-site operations.
• Ability to partner across strategic and tactical levels—influencing senior leaders while empowering frontline managers.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Passion for developing people and leading through collaboration, not control.

Responsibilities

• Shape workplace culture and help leaders grow across a cluster of nursing centers.
• Drive HR strategy with Pod teams and Nursing Home Administrators to create a people-first environment.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR and Regional leaders to align strategy with local action.
• Use data and insights to anticipate workforce trends and drive results.
• Ensure policies and ethical practices are upheld while focusing on employee experience.
