Job summary

Genesiscareers in High Point, NC is seeking a People Strategy Partner to lead retention initiatives and align HR practices across nursing centers. You will coach leaders, analyze turnover data, and shape a culture where staff feel seen, heard, and valued, spending most time on the front lines to improve retention.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least five years of healthcare HR experience, and knowledge of compensation, employee relations, diversity, performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of HR experience, ideally in healthcare or multi-site setting.
• Knowledge of compensation, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment law; PHR/SHRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead retention initiatives to reduce turnover across nursing centers.
• Coach leaders and align HR policies with local needs.
• Act as Culture Architect and leadership catalyst across Pods.
• Ensure the employee journey from onboarding to growth is seamless and valued.
• Bridge corporate HR policies with nursing center needs across locations.
