Genesiscareers in Farmington, ME is seeking a People Strategy Partner to lead retention and culture across nursing centers. You will coach leaders, analyze turnover data, and build strategies to keep staff engaged and valued.

You will spend time on the front lines with Pod leaders, translating values into daily actions, and bridging corporate policies with local needs to ensure a fair, compliant, human workplace.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum five years of relevant HR experience, ideally in healthcare or a multi-site operational setting.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of compensation, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment law.

• Lead retention initiatives and reduce turnover across nursing centers.
• Coach and empower Pod Leaders and nursing center administrators.
• Bridge corporate HR policies with local needs to ensure equity and compliance.
