Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of broad HR experience across multiple HR functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Compensation and Benefits: design and deliver compensation structures and benefits programs with financial, market, and legal insights.
• Employee Engagement: guide engagement plans that foster satisfaction and leadership engagement.
• Leadership and Direction: translate strategy into actions and develop team skills and knowledge.
• Strategic Workforce Planning: analyze resourcing to support the workforce plan and create/update job descriptions.
• Policy Execution: oversee policy implementation and monitor compliance across units.
• HR Data Analytics: use HR data to diagnose issues and identify improvements.
• Transformational Change Management: lead change initiatives aligning with organizational goals.
• Organizational Capability Building: provide coaching and development within teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: identify needs and communicate business information effectively.
• Operational Compliance: manage risk and ensure governance and controls.
