Saronic Technologies in Arlington, VA is seeking a People Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to department leaders and align HR programs with business goals, fostering a high-performing, mission-aligned culture.

You will coach managers on organizational design, workforce planning, engagement, development, and performance processes while ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws and collaborating with HR Operations on documentation and policy initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive People Team experience, including at least 1 year in a consultative or partner role
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect People strategy to operational goals
• Deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
• Skilled communicator with coaching, influencing, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in startup or high-growth settings is a plus
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary People Team contact for assigned departments and build strong relationships with business leaders.
• Understand team objectives and workforce challenges to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Advise and coach managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Partner with leaders to identify and address engagement drivers within teams.
• Support retention and development strategies aligned with Saronic’s mission and growth.
• Facilitate feedback loops through listening sessions, surveys, and action planning.
• Guide teams through goal setting, performance review cycles, and continuous feedback practices.
• Support succession planning and career development conversations.
• Coach managers through employee relations with a growth and accountability focus.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant federal and state labor laws, especially for defense sector.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HR Operations.
• Contribute to company-wide People Team initiatives, including policy development and compensation reviews.
• Collaborate on tools and processes to enhance manager capability and employee experience.
• Use HRIS data insights to inform decisions and strategies.
