Genesis is seeking a People Strategy Partner to lead the HR agenda across a cluster of nursing centers. You will coach leaders, analyze turnover data, and implement retention initiatives to keep valued staff.

You will translate organizational values into daily actions, bridge corporate policies with local needs, and build supportive, compliant, high-performing teams that enhance patient and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of HR experience, ideally in healthcare or a multi-site operation.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead retention initiatives and reduce turnover by empowering nursing center leaders.
• Coach Pod Leaders and nursing center leadership to build high-performing teams.
• Translate organizational values into daily actions as a culture coach and partner.
• Ensure employee journey is seamless, respectful, and rewarding from onboarding to growth.
• Bridge corporate HR policies with local nursing center needs to ensure equity and compliance.
