Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a People Strategy Partner to lead retention initiatives across multiple nursing centers in West Virginia. This on-site role focuses on building a culture where employees feel seen, heard, and valued, while partnering with leaders to reduce turnover.

You will spend 90% of your time on the front lines, coaching, program delivery, and aligning local needs with corporate HR policies to foster a people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site operations.
• Knowledge of compensation, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment law.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead retention initiatives and reduce turnover across nursing centers.
• Coach Nursing Home Administrators and department heads on people strategies.
• Translate values into daily people practices and culture.
• Bridge corporate HR policies with local center needs to ensure equity and compliance.
