Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business needs, coach leaders, investigate issues, ensure compliance, and manage HR data. This role reports to the HR Manager and partners with recruiters and benefits teams to support the workforce.

Travel 10-25% is required. The position offers a pay range of $71,000 to $97,000 per year with full benefits, including 401K company contribution up to 7% and tuition reimbursement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability and willingness to travel 10-25%.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug/alcohol testing, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Manage employee data with daily audits.
• Analyze HR data (headcount, discipline, turnover) to improve workforce.
• Coach managers on performance reviews and rating distributions.
• Conduct investigations and prepare reports under guidance.
• Assist with Drug & Alcohol testing program across the company.
