Waymo LLC is seeking a senior People program leader based in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will drive the People team’s strategic work across priorities, products, and growth, owning go-to-market execution and change management initiatives that scale with the business.

You will shape AI usage and measure impact, partnering with leaders to deliver value. You will collaborate across functions, enable adoption, and build programs that support Leaders and Waymonauts in a fast-paced, hybrid

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in HR or People program management, business operations, go-to-market, change management, or product management.
• Experience turning quantitative and qualitative analysis into decisions and narratives that build consensus with senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to improve workflows.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and product practices such as user research, pilots and adoption metrics.
• Experience leading large-scale change or transformation initiatives, from launch through adoption.
