Job summary

Waymo LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive expansion programs for new markets and vehicle platforms. You will own launch plans from testing to public rollout, coordinating across product, engineering, operations, GTM, and regulatory teams to ensure rider readiness and scale across generations.

The role requires 5+ years in program management, excellence in communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management leading complex cross-functional launches.
• Experience driving large multi-disciplinary launch programs across technical and business functions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, growth mindset, and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and launch expansion programs for new markets and vehicle platforms.
• Drive and own plans and critical path for launch activities from testing to public launch.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering TPMs, Operations, GTM, UX Research, Regulatory/Legal, and other teams to align on launch plans and rider readiness.
• Establish workflows and playbooks to scale across multiple vehicle generations.
• Identify and mitigate business risks and dependencies using data and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide regular status reporting to leadership and teams.
